Can just the pull out piece of this Phoenix SP2104-01-02I faucet be bought?

It does appear that the
Phoenix SP2104-01-02I Chrome Single Handle Pull Out Hybrid Kitchen Faucet does have a limited lifetime warranty. We do not have that specific part available, but I would assume if that is a manufacturering issue the faucet will be replaced. Here is their number Toll Free 1.800.222.6041. If you need a copy of your reciept we can resend that to you.
