The Gree 15K Air Conditioner only comes in a non ducted model. The Gree RVA-150R ID 15,000 BTU A/C Ceiling Assembly is sold seperately and includes a wireless remote thermostat. The upper Gree unit will not work with your current ceiling assembly.
The Advent Air & Atwood Air Command replacement AC units both have ducted options. The Atwood includes a wireless thermostat with the ceiling assembly. Here is the Advent Air manual, page 10 has the wiring inputs required to see if your thermostat has this.
