The Camco 43671 may work as a light stabilizer at the rear of a utility trailer, provided the height is within its 8-1/2" to 14" adjustment range. It is rated for up to 1,000 lbs; however, it is designed as an RV step support and should only be used for stabilization, not for lifting or supporting the full weight of the trailer.
