Yes, the Lippert Flow Max 2024030310 should work as a replacement for a Dometic 300 in most installations. Its overall dimensions and plumbing connections are very similar, and it includes the floor-flange seal and mounting hardware. Before ordering, we recommend confirming that the center of the existing floor flange is at least 8.5" from the wall and that there is room for the Flow Max’s approximately 16.25" width and 19.81" depth.
