The clear round part shown with the pump is not a pressure gauge; it is an inlet strainer that helps prevent debris from entering and damaging the pump. The pump’s automatic pressure switch is built into the pump housing. The pump itself measures approximately 7.65" long x 4.35" wide x 4.35" high. If the strainer is installed directly on the pump inlet, we recommend allowing approximately 3" of additional clearance on that side, as well as enough access to remove the clear cover for cleaning.
