For your 2016 Newmar Essex, I show the WT1-32 blades are the correct fit for your vehicle. Some RV wiper arms use a slightly different J-hook even when the wiper blade length and style are correct. As long as the blade is now fully locked onto the arm and sits securely and works without coming loose or shifting, it should be okay to use.
