I have this unit in my R.V and I would like to know how to get it off of celsius and put it on fahrenheit (Coleman Mach 9420A382 RV Thermostat

To change the Coleman Mach 9420A382 thermostat from Celsius to Fahrenheit, press and hold the control knob for about 4 seconds until the temperature unit setting appears. Then rotate the knob until °F is selected, and press the knob again to confirm the change.
