Can you glue the tape to the material. There is hardly any room to sew the tape on around the glides.

The A115 glide tape is meant to be sewn onto the curtain. Because the tape and curtain move as the glide travels along the track, glue generally doesn't hold up well over time. If there isn't enough room to sew around the glides, a fabric adhesive may work as a temporary solution, but sewing is still the recommended method.
