My 357-02 is only showing 1 zone?

The EasyTouch thermostat will only display the number of zones your Dometic control system reports. If only Zone 1 appears, it typically means the system is only detecting one control board. If your RV has more than one AC unit, try turning off power to your HVAC system for about 30 seconds and then restoring power so the thermostat can detect all zones. If the system still only shows Zone 1 after resetting power, this may indicate a loose communication cable, a faulty control board, or an issue with the EasyTouch thermostat.
