Unfortunately, the Faulkner 82048 electric bike has been discontinued for some time, and replacement batteries are no longer available. This bike used a 36V 10Ah lithium-ion battery. Some customers have had success using a battery rebuild service or adapting a universal 36V e-bike battery, but these options usually require modification.
