Can I add this to my Onan 4000 exhaust pipe-mine is damaged

Didn't realize that my exhaust hanger rubber sections had dry rotted until the last one let go on my Class A. Pipe went to the payment and by the time I got pulled over the pavement gouged the last 12" and 90 degree turn that sends the exhaust away from the rig was damaged. I need this pipe to be able to marry to my existing section.

The Onan 046-00952 is not intended to splice onto an existing damaged pipe, so it may not properly connect to your current exhaust without modification. In your case, with the end of the pipe damaged, we would recommend replacing the affected section rather than trying to attach this to the existing pipe.
