The Boompa Flag Pole Mount secures to the kingpin using screws that tighten to hold the mount in place. Once tightened, the mount should not rotate under normal wind conditions. The flag pole itself can still pivot slightly with the wind, but the base of the mount remains fixed on the kingpin.
