Here are a few things to try in order to get the gnome speaker to turn off:
- Hold down the power button, press and hold, and see if it turns it off.
- Press the power button a few times and then hold the button down after a few presses.
- Locate the reset hole, use a paperclip to press the reset button, usually near the charging port.
- Drain the battery. If it's completely unresponsive, allow the battery to drain until it shuts down on its own. After the battery is dead, fully charge it, which should reset the internal power board.
- If the speaker is connected via Bluetooth to your phone or computer, turn off Bluetooth on your device to stop the connection, then try to press the power button on the gnome speaker again.
