Here are a few steps to try to resolve a stuck door on the Splendide WD2100XC.
- Power rest: unplug the unit for at least 5 minutes to clear any electronic glitches.
- Check for water in the tub. If water is present, the door will not unlock. Remove the 3" twist cap on the lower front of the machine and drain any water.
- Manual release: if needed, remove the front panel, locate the small plastic pull tab inside, and pull on the tab to release the door lock.
