If the pump has good water flow but is loud and shaking, this is usually caused by vibration instead of a pump failure. Common causes are: loose or rigid mounting, missing rubber isolation mounts, or stiff water lines transferring vibration. We recommend making sure the pump is mounted securely using rubber isolation feet, tightening the mounting screws, and adding short, flexible hose sections to the inlet/outlet ports to absorb vibration. Cleaning the inlet strainer and purging any air from the water lines may also help.
