Yes. The Blue Ox BX1746 Baseplate for the 2015-2020 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon requires removal of the factory front tow hooks on both sides and do not get reinstalled. This is necessary to properly mount the baseplate and ensure proper fitment and safe towing.
