Yes, it’ll work with your existing wiring in the normal RV setup.
Both pumps are 12V DC, 2-wire (positive and negative). So electrically it’s the same deal: one lead to +12V, one lead to ground. The Lippert Flow Max 689052 is a 12V pump and is listed around 8 amps max draw.
Your SHURflo 4008-101-A65 is also a 12V pump and commonly runs on a dedicated fused circuit (often 10A recommended depending on the specific 4008 label/manual).
