Yes, it should replace the standard shower head on a 2022 Airstream Caravel 22FB with no special adapters in almost every case.

Should be a 5 minute replacement

Unscrew old shower head from the hose (hand-tight, use a rag if it’s stubborn).

Put a few wraps of the included plumbers tape on the hose threads.

Screw on the Oxygenics head.
