Reversible? Yes, it’s a bi-directional 12V DC motor/gearbox. Direction is controlled by reversing polarity (swap motor leads) in the slide wiring/switching. Or if you have a controller to change the motor directions
Shaft size?

Threaded holes for a mounting bracket on the gearbox?

Yes, these gearboxes are designed with standard mounting provisions, and it’s normal to see threaded/tapped holes on the gearbox housing near the shaft sides for brackets/clocking.
