No. The Dinosaur UIB L POST is a universal ignitor (spark) board used to run the LP ignition system (spark, flame sense, etc.) on appliances that use a “standard ignitor board.”
Your Norcold N61RT board 628661 is the refrigerator’s main power/control board (the “gateway” board that distributes voltage to the fridge’s components).
