Yes, but the surface must be perfectly clean and you cannot go over existing sealant or silicons. Once tube is opened it must be used that day. Sikaflex is designed to cure once it is exposed to atmospheric moisture.

I will also suggest looking into Eternabond -->http://www.rvupgradestore.com/rv-rubber-roof-repair-s/87.htm This product is a more permenant solution.
