I assume this is an existing issue, not a problem with a newly installed thermostat? If so, are you running off your batteries or connected to shore power? If batteries, ensure the voltage is 11.5 volts; otherwise, the furnace control will not allow the furnace to light. If you're on shore power than I would verify that you have not blown a fuse in your fuse panel. Do you hear the thermostat click when you call for heat? If so, it will most likely be on the furnace side; if not, it could be a failed thermostat.
