No Left light indicates either no power or no power on leg 2 or open ground, I am assuming you are not seeing an issue with power if your questioning the light missing. Be sure to test another power post to determine if the issue lies with your Hughes Autoformer PWD50 Power WatchDog or the power pedestal.
