Will this work on 16 6v golf cart two banks of 8? =48 v each and 48 v total all 16 battery's ? And is input ac or (BatteryMinder OBD-48V OnBoard Golf Cart Battery Restorer Conditioner 48 Volt)

This will work with your 48v setup. One thing to note is that many golf cart battery chargers only operate until the batteries are fully charged, and then require unplugging and re-plugging to reset. We have used the BatteryMinder OBD-48V OnBoard Battery Restorer Conditioner with this kind of intermittent use and still found it to significantly help in prolonging overall battery life.
