If this is a project that does not need to be completed immediately, you may want to wait for the SeeLeveL Soul™ 708-RBT unit that is due out anytime now. This unit will integrate with your seelevel sensors and vicrton unit without the seelevel display. It will also have bluetooth capabilites.
But yes, If the “Airstream SeeLevel sensors” you’re talking about are Garnet/SeeLevel external stick-on sender panels (the 710-series style), then yes - they’ll work with the Garnet 709-RVC-PM display/module.
Victron integration part (the important bit)
Victron GX devices do support RV-C tank level data and Victron explicitly notes it has been tested with Garnet SeeLevel II 709.
Also note: Victron will show these as relative tank level (%) (no true gallons/capacity from the Garnet 709 RV-C data).
