No - the Enviro EF-002 (115V) is not the right replacement for that original Fasco motor.
Why:

Your original motor is 1650 RPM.

The Enviro EF-002 is a 3000 RPM motor. That’s a huge difference and it’s not a “close enough” swap for a convection/distribution blower.

Also, EF-002 is listed as fitting EF2 / EF3 / EF3Bi / Meridian, not the Empress FPI.
What you should use instead (for an Empress FPI / Empress FS style setup):

The convection/distribution blower for the Empress family is commonly sold as Enviro part 50-1455 (complete blower assembly). We do not currently offer this replacement blower assembly.
