Unfortunately, I am not finding anything specifically designed to cover both the windshield and hood of the Promaster van, like the ADCO 2523 for Sprinter vans. However, here is a windshield cover from Covercraft: https://www.covercraft.com/sku/2424 that may fit your needs.
