Yes, the Dometic 38362 Mojave (DFLA40211) is the current Dometic replacement for the Atwood 8940 III DCLP / ACLP style 40,000 BTU furnace. Be sure to verify your rough opening, update or replace the access door as needed, and have a qualified technician handle gas and electrical connections if you’re not equipped for that.
