Jack binding: Dirt/road tar on the screw or bent stabilizer leg = high current → breaker trips. Clean threads, lube with a dry PTFE (not grease, grease holds grit).
- Coupler/shear pin slipping: If the motor spins easily by hand when disconnected or you hear a faint whir with no leg movement, inspect the drive coupler/pin.
- Gear box : possibly a gear has broken or stripped out no longer allowing that jack to move through the full range.
