No, there’s no torque clutch inside the Lippert 014-140409 “2x3” slideout gear pack w/ roll pins. It’s a straight gear set. Over-torque protection on this setup comes from:
the roll pins (shear protection),
the controller current limit (if your system uses one),
and the operator switch (you letting off at end of travel).
