Grand Design often uses the common Lippert/Global Link pattern, but they’ve mixed suppliers over the years, so it's a good idea to verify.
-
Cutout size (hole in the door): Remove the interior bezel (two screws) and measure the rectangular cutout.
-
Lippert keyless locks fit the standard paddle cutout (roughly 2.75" × 3.75" opening; some OEMs call it ~2.5" × 3.5"). If yours is that standard, you’re good.
-
If you have the tall “motorhome” style or a rectangular deadbolt + separate latch pattern, this lock won’t fit.
-
-
Door thickness: Needs to be in the normal RV range (about 1-1/4" to 1-1/2"). If your door is unusually thick/thin, spacer kits may be required.
