No - don’t expect a clean swap.
The Norcold 621156BW uses a cut-out of 13-3/4" (H) × 21-1/2" (W) and a plastic door/frame system. Your Dometic RM/2214 metal service door area is typically ~13-3/4" (H) × ~21-5/8" to 21-7/8" (W) with different corner radius and latch/hinge layout. That small width mismatch plus the different frame/latch style means it won’t seat correctly without re-framing the opening and changing hardware.
What will fit properly
Use a Dometic vent assembly sized for the 24"×16" class frames. Dometic’s common replacement (e.g., 3316941.005) lists overall ~24" × 16.25–16.38" and cut-out ~13-3/4" × 21-9/16", which matches the 2214 family much more closely and preserves the correct corner radius and latch alignment.
