On the truck side, you should be good to go as long as your vehicle has the factory tow package with a 7-way round blade plug. Unfortunately, we don't have data going back that far to confirm compatibility with your popup camper, but if your camper has a 6-pin connector, this adapter should be correct. This setup was commonly used on most Rockwood, Forest River, and Palomino trailers, so it is likely to work for your application.
