To ensure that everyitem we ship is brand new, all returns must also be in new condition. For a speedy process and a 100% refund, please follow these guidelines:
Return your product within 90 days of delivery.
It must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, stickers, and labels attached. All returned products are inspected; if the item shows signs of use or damage, it will be sent back to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong item. In these cases, we’ll cover both return and replacement shipping.
There are NO RESTOCKING FEES! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you aren’t, simply return the unused item within 90 days for a full refund.
