If the pilot light isn't igniting or staying lit, first ensure the pain propane tank valve is open and gas is flowing to the other appliances, like the stove top burners. To light the pilot, turn the oven knob to the "pilot" position. Push it in to allow gas flow, and hold it while applying a flame to the pilot opening with a long lighter or match. After the pilot lights, continue holding the knob for 15-30 seconds to heat the thermocouple. A safety sensor that keeps the gas valve open. If the pilot goes out when you release the knob, the thermocouple may not have heated sufficiently or it could be faulty. This would require a repeat of the process or potential replacement if if is damaged or corroded. A dirty or clogged pilot tube can also preven the pilot from lighting. Ensure it's clean and free of debris. If these steps don't resolve the issue please consult an RV technician to inspect.
