Have Mach 15 48204-0692. Adding Heat Kit 9233-4551. Will this control work? Current box has harness, not terminals

The current control box does not have the hit strip pin, so need new control box. I understand the 9330C755 should work. But the thermostat input into the current box as well as the freeze wires are grouped into harnesses that click in place, not individual terminals, so I want to make sure this will work. I assume I'll need to cut the wires from the harness and individually wire them.
