The primer is only necessary when you plan to install in cold weather or when the surface is particullary dirty or contaminated.
Is it really necessary to use the primer with EternaBond tape for sealing? Eternabond EB-RW040-50R RoofSeal White 4'' x 50' Leak Repair Tape rv rubber roof repair
I am going to use Eternabond RSW to fix a leak in my skylight. Is it really that necessary to use the primer?
