Can I use this thermostat to control a knobbed ac unit if I already installed Coleman 9330C755 Control Box?

I've already switched out the knobbed control box to a thermostat-controlled box and ran thermostat wire to where the furnace thermostat is. Can I use this to control both my ac and thermostat? To clarify, the camper did not have an ac thermostat, that's why I ran the new wire.
