I have the 5 button thermostat . need wireless option as thermostat works but wire between doesn't HELP!

Tested our 5 button thermostat with a new comm wire and it works, but not the original wire??? Don't know what to do as I have no idea how to re-route new wire? Is there a wireless thermostat that will replace the 5 button and not have to be plugged in? 2004 Monaco Knight

No, there is currently no wireless thermostat version. I would check the plug that the wires connect to at the control box in the ceiling assembly. Sometimes the pins detach from the wires, it may look like its connecting but they are not. Give them a light pull test.
