What is the black stopper called on the bottom of the toilet step handle

On my Dutch star 2000 rv, the toilet had a step handle on the left side of it and when you take off the handle too look at the mechanics under it, it had a stopper on the Bonnie stopping the water from exiting that side of the pipe and i need to replace said stopper but can not find what it is.

The black stopper at the bottom of the toilet's flush handle mechanism is known as a flapper or flush valve flapper. Unfortunately, we do not stock these specific parts. You might consider checking with local plumbing supply stores or online retailers for availability and suitable options.
