This fan would be hard wired to your existing wires.
My motorhome fans mounted above the dash are twelve volt with white, black and a green ground wires. They re-watch. TWENTY-SIX ELEVEN 31000 Heavy-Duty Fan, Black, 1/pack Electrical
The mh is a 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32sa.
I removed one and it appears there are no connectors. I may have to cut the existing conductors and reconnect with connectors to install new fans.
