No it does not.

Current thermostat is taller than it is wide. It sits recessed in wood trim. This replacement is shown wider than it is tall. Does the screen rotate from portrait to landscape mode? Like how a cell phone would when you turn it 90 degrees.
Or any issues mounting it sideways other than the screen being 90 degrees off?
