Wall Inlet Valve: When you insert the hose into the wall inlet valve, it completes an electrical circuit that turns the vacuum on. Removing the hose breaks the circuit, turning the vacuum off. Hose
Switch: Some models come with a switch on the hose handle. You can turn the vacuum on and off directly from the handle without removing the hose from the wall inlet.
Automatic Dustpan: If your system includes an automatic dustpan (usually installed in the kitchen or other high-traffic areas), you can sweep debris directly into it. The vacuum turns on when you activate the dustpan and turns off when you close it.
