Answer: No, the turntable on the High Pointe EC942K93E-S can't be turned off when using the convection oven.

Question: Can the beep alerts for the timer be deactivated? Its too loud and goes on too long!
Answer: Unfortunately, you can not shorten the beeping. However, if you notice that it is getting down to the last few seconds, just open the microwave or hit the Stop/Clear button on the microwave.
