The Water Tank & System Flush is formulated to clean, sanitize and thus contains ammonia-based chemistry that will impact your septic bacteria if the entire tank is flushed into your septic at one time. As it is biodegradable, it is okay to release your freshwater tank onto the ground. It won't harm grass, etc if diluted as instructed. We hope this answered your question.
