Why doesn't my 41261 work even I plug into a 30 A outlet? Works great with generator and 50 A outletotherwise. (Surge Guard 50 Amp Automatic RV Transfer Switch)

The 30 amp service or adapter may be running the opposite leg on the transfer switch. On Our product the T57 Leg 1 has to be operational or have power to activate the relays. With a 30 amp adapter only one side of the distribution panel will work usually, but to make the transfer switch work line 1 has to be active or see 120 volts to work.
