The Remco Rebel 5.3 GPM Single Speed RV Fresh Water Pump, 12V DC, is designed to facilitate water movement, not generate pressure. Its pressure setting indicates the shutdown pressure, and exceeding this can lead to cycling issues due to system pressure. This is often a sign of a blockage on the output side. We recommend the customer inspect for air bubbles in the clear filter on the inlet side, and any cartridge filters on the inlet or outlet side, as these can cause significant restrictions. Furthermore, they should check the faucets and possibly remove or enlarge the restrictor plates/screens. If the problem continues, please contact us at 763-253-4740.
