The Maxxair 00-06200K MaxxFan Deluxe Vent Fan features a thermostat mode. This means the attached thermistor senses temperature fluctuations, triggering the fan to exhaust air out. However, being a manual model, you'd need to manually operate the black knob to open and close the lid.
