It will still have some assembly but the smaller parts are together in the housing.

1.Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water line from the toilet base.
2.Remove the plastic caps and nuts that secure the toilet to the floor and lift off the toilet.
3. Remove the vacuum breaker hose and the two bolts that attach the bowl to the base and rotate the bowl to detach it.
4. Install the new base with the new retaining ring, waste ball seal and gasket and rotate the bowl back to lock it in place.
5. Reattach the two bolts, the vacuum breaker hose and the water line to the new base.
6. Reinstall the toilet on the floor and secure it with the nuts and plastic caps.
7 Test the toilet for flushing and sealing.
