The handrail part number would depend on the number of steps on the stairs (3 or 4) and if the step is a gen1 or gen2.
As long as we know both pieces of information, we can get a handrail to match up.
If the customer ordered the STP214-029, then that handrail is made for a Gen1 3-step. If they try to put that handrail on either 4-step or a Gen2 3-step, the holes will not line up.
